Design
During the initial project meeting the engineering staff at MG Stuma will decide on whether the tool is to be manufactured internally or by one of our partners. This will also determine where the tool will be designed although our project management team will maintain their involvement wherever this is.
Our experienced team look at every detail of the design. This includes tool material selection, gating methods, ejector positions and many other aspects that take into consideration all of the requirements for the finished product and anticipated volumes and life span.
We are also mindful to identify off the shelf components that ensure reliability and ease of maintenance throughout the life of the tool.
